All orders are handmade to order and are usually dispatched within 3-7 working days*, unless otherwise stated. UK orders over £60 ship FREE with tracked standard delivery.

Returns
I accept returns and exchanges.
Please contact me within 14 days of delivery and return items within 30 days of delivery.
Cancellations may be accepted if your item has not yet shipped.
Due to the nature of custom or personalised items, returns cannot be accepted unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Please note:
Rings are considered custom orders, as each ring is made to order in the size provided at checkout. Rings are therefore non-returnable.
I do offer a reduced resizing service, which you can find here.
For hygiene reasons, earrings are packaged in sealed packaging. Earrings may be returned only if the packaging remains sealed.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs (unless the product is faulty). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
