All orders are handmade to order but are typically dispatched within 5-7 working days. You will receive an email once your order is in the post, U.K. orders are all sent with 2nd Class/Tracked 48 postage, and should take 2-3 working days to get to you. International orders are all sent with Tracking. Reference numbers and tracking information can be found in your dispatch email.

All orders are sent without any dispatch paperwork or pricing details (if you're anything like me, they go straight in recycling anyway!) I can add a handwritten gift note free of charge, simply add a note at checkout with the message you'd like. If you'd like to gift anonymously please do let me know, and I won't add your name to my handwritten note.

I currently stock surgical steel earring findings (posts and ear hook wires), so all of my earrings can be made to order using surgical steel. However, the earring itself and the solder used to attach stud fastenings will be sterling silver.

I am also able to source surgical steel options for sleeper hoops, where the entire earring is 100% surgical steel.

I stock some 18" chains in surgical steel, if you'd like a specific chain or a different length, please get in touch so I can order one in. Again, the pendant itself will be made in sterling silver.

**Please note that Jordan Lily Designs takes no responsibility for allergic reactions, it is at the customer's discretion to decide if surgical steel earring posts/hooks/chains are a suitable substitution.

As all rings are made to order in the size supplied, there is a small cost for re-sizing.

It is up to the customer to provide me with an accurate UK ring size. If you have ordered one of my re-usable plastic ring sizers, and need an adjustment, my service is free of charge. Otherwise a ring re-size will incur a small fee to allow for the extra work and postage costs which can be purchased here. Gemstone and plain silver rings can be adjusted, however my seaglass rings are not resizable.

To clean your silver jewellery, and keep it in tip-top condition, you may use a clean cloth, lukewarm water and some dish soap. Silver jewellery will tarnish over time, so Town Talk polishing cloths impregnated with silver cleaner are available to purchase from my shop.

All orders are packaged beautifully, with tissue paper, twine and your choice of a Jordan Lily faux-suede drawstring bag or jewellery box and ribbon. You may also add a handwritten Gift Note at checkout free of charge.

Upgrading to my foiled Jordan Lily Gift Box costs £2.95. Your order will be presented beautifully in one of my grey gift boxes and hand finished with a satin ribbon. Elegantly wrapped and good-to-go for those extra special people in your life!
